| Indie netlabel Ground Floor Records was founded between summer and fall 2005 by Tomas Danhel (aka Basementality), from 2007 maintained by dj.noizcut. At first, label was aimed mainly on abstract hip hop and its derivations, but with years passing it evolved into solid base with interests in more alternative music styles, such as experimental electronica, indie beats and basically everything that sounds original and fresh. |

We operate as a netlabel, which means we are releasing our music digitally (MP3 format), although you might acquire our physical CD-R from time to time. How? Probably as a gift, as we aren´t selling anything. Since we are giving our hearts into sound we create, we don´t need your money. We just want you to listen. Ground Floor Records exists more as a non-profit art collective than classic label as you know them - we are just a bunch of guys who loves making music.
